Follow these steps to use the online currency
calculator. Then complete the chart below.
- When you get to the currency calculator web
page, scroll down to the "USD United States Dollars"
box on the right side of the page. Enter "1,000."
- In the "New Currency" box, choose
the currency for Switzerland: Swiss Franc (CHF).
- Click Calculate Currency.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the table to
see what 1,000 United States dollars is in Swiss francs. Round
the amount to the nearest whole number and record it in the chart
below.
- Repeat steps 2-4 for the currencies of Great
Britain, Germany, and Mexico.
